With over 20 years in design, each piece of my experience has been an interesting story. I've co-founded studios, built design teams up from nothing, and taken breaks from leading to occasionally re-sharpen my design skills and regain perspective on my own leadership skills. At this point in my career, I'm comfortable leading and contributing to any part of design and product, though I prefer to mentor and train designers up.
